A focused technical tune-up to improve crawlability, indexing, and overall site health — especially helpful for existing websites before starting a monthly visibility package.

Best for: existing sites that haven’t had a technical pass in a while, or as a strong foundation before starting a monthly add-on.

It’s not always obvious whether you need a full rebuild, a strategy reset, or just a few high-impact fixes. Here are some quick answers to help you choose the right starting point, and if you’re still unsure, you can always reach out.

Which one should I pick?

A good default is to start with a Website Audit — it helps you determine whether you actually need a rebuild, or whether a few focused fixes will get you back on track.

  • Start with a Website Audit if you’re not sure what’s not working (UX, design, messaging, conversion, or search). You’ll get a prioritized action plan.
  • If the UX/design/system are solid and you just need a tune-up, you may only need a Technical SEO Sprint rather than a full redesign.
  • If the audit points to a full redesign, you can move into a web package, with a technical SEO foundation included in the build.

Choose the Technical SEO Sprint on its own if you recently redesigned your site and the content is solid, but you’re seeing crawl/indexing errors in Search Console, broken links from a migration, or messy redirects and you just want it cleaned up properly.

Do I need to be on a specific platform (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify)?

For the Website Audit, no — it applies to any platform.

For the Technical SEO Sprint, maybe. Some platforms and themes have limitations, so we’ll confirm what’s possible (and the best path) case by case.

Will you implement the fixes, or just tell me what to do?

For the Website Audit, you’ll get a clear, prioritized plan you can implement yourself or hand off (implementation is not included).

If you want me to implement the recommendations, that typically involves a mix of a Technical SEO Sprint (for the technical fixes) plus monthly content + on-page improvements (to build momentum over time).

What do you need from me to get started?

You’ll get a quick intake form that walks you through everything. It’ll ask for your website link, your goals (more inquiries, bookings, sales, visibility), and any key context (what’s not working, who you’re up against, and what “good” looks like for you).

If you have them, I’ll also ask for access to analytics/search tools (Google Analytics + Search Console). If you don’t have those set up yet, we can still run the audit.

How long does it take?

Most audits and sprints are turned around in 1 to 2 weeks, depending on site size and how quickly access is provided.

Is this useful if I’m planning a full rebuild?

It can be. If you’re not sure what you’d be rebuilding (or why), an audit is often the smartest first step — it gives you a clear diagnosis and priorities so you don’t rebuild the same problems.

If I’m building your new site, I already include research and competitive positioning in my web packages, so completing an audit first may be overkill depending on your situation.

If we’re a good fit, I’ll book a call. We’ll talk through your goals and scope so I can send a clear proposal with timeline + cost.

3) Sign the contract + pay the deposit to book
You can sign and pay your deposit right from the proposal! After that, I’ll send you a link to your intake form and set you up with your Client Portal so you can see the full project timeline and exactly what’s next throughout the whole project :)
