I don’t offer refunds once work has started, since time and production are reserved for your project. Before anything kicks off, you’ll get a clear scope, timeline, and deliverables so you can make a confident decision.
Yes, you can either pay in full, or do a 50% deposit to kick things off and the remaining 50% before handoff.
I don’t do standard discounts - pricing is set to reflect the time, skill, and focus your project takes. I do offer loyalty pricing for returning clients, referral bonuses, and I occasionally offer portfolio discounts if your business is in a specific niche or a last-minute spot opens up. Basically, it never hurts to ask.
As early as you can. Availability shifts month to month, and earlier is always easier if you have a launch date in mind.

You’ll fill out an intake form and send your materials in advance, once that’s complete I just need you to respond as quickly as you can at each feedback checkpoint.

Yes! I work with clients from all over the world. My pricing and invoices are in USD, but for my fellow Canadians, I can bill in CAD to help you avoid currency conversion fees. For international clients, I also accept bank transfers and payments through Wise if preferred.
