Making a complex mission easier to understand.
Blue Green Planet Project is a reforestation initiative helping fund large-scale forest recovery in partnership with Indigenous-led projects. Their work is rooted in restoring ecosystems, supporting local employment, and making it easier for people and organizations to take meaningful climate action.
The goal of the redesign was to make the website feel more credible, focused, and easy to act on. The previous site had powerful work behind it, but the story, impact, and donation path needed to be much clearer. I restructured the site around the donor journey, making it easier for visitors to quickly understand the mission, trust the impact, and move from interest to contribution with less friction.
Turning clarity into contribution.
Following launch, donations increased by 355% month over month, creating immediate fundraising momentum and reflecting the impact of clearer storytelling, stronger calls to action, and a more focused path from project discovery to contribution.
