Lusher.co is a retailer of handmade Italian leather bags with a large product catalog. The existing site made that catalog harder to navigate than it needed to be, with crowded menus, unclear category groupings, and too many choices competing for attention.

I reworked the site’s information architecture to simplify the main navigation, clarify product categories, and create a more intuitive path through the catalog. I also added custom filtering so customers could narrow products by what mattered to them without overloading the top-level menu. The result was a cleaner shopping experience that better showcased the brand’s photography and made products easier to find, contributing to a 73% month-over-month increase in revenue after launch.
