Robin is a counsellor serving clients in Victoria who needed a clearer, more professional online presence and stronger visibility for the services people were already searching for nearby. I refined the site design to feel more approachable and easy to navigate, then optimized pillar content, blog articles, and service-focused keywords around high-intent local search terms.

In the weeks following implementation and reindexing, average organic daily traffic increased from 33 users per day to 712, creating a much stronger discovery channel for people actively looking for counselling support in Victoria.
