The Project

Building long-term visibility through content-led SEO

Beach Acres Resort is a beachfront resort on Vancouver Island known for its peaceful setting and nature-focused experience. The goal of this SEO work was to help more potential guests find the resort through useful, long-lasting content that matched the way people actually plan trips, research destinations, and look for seasonal getaway ideas. Instead of focusing on quick ranking wins, the strategy centred on evergreen blog content built around real search intent. Each article was designed to answer common questions, support the guest journey, and improve organic visibility over time.

The Results

Turning content into a long-term discovery channel

Blog content became the primary driver of organic discovery for the site, generating 25,989 Google search clicks and 2.7 million impressions.

As content scaled, monthly organic traffic more than doubled. Blog posts now account for 63% of the site’s organic traffic, demonstrating the effectiveness of content as a core acquisition channel. Engagement increased alongside visibility. Since publishing began, engaged sessions have grown by 454%, indicating higher-quality traffic and deeper interaction with the site overall.

This approach transformed SEO into a long-term asset rather than a campaign. The blog continues to generate qualified traffic month after month, supporting brand awareness, trip planning, and seasonal demand without reliance on paid ads. The result is a content library that compounds in value, strengthens search authority, and consistently attracts high-intent visitors.
