writing & editing
White label content writing for your clients, built to rank in Google and get them visible in AI answers. I handle the research, briefs and writing, starting at 4 pieces a month, all delivered under your agency's name.

the details
Content is one of the easiest services for an agency to sell and one of the hardest to deliver at scale. Writers who can handle research, SEO and a client's voice are hard to find, and the ones you have are often stretched across too many accounts, so taking on more content work can mean turning clients away or falling behind on deadlines.
Clients are also starting to ask why they don't come up when their buyers ask ChatGPT or Perplexity for a recommendation. Content written only around keywords doesn't always answer that, and it leaves your agency explaining results instead of showing them.
I start by getting to know each client: their business, their audience, what sets them apart and how they talk about it. I go through their existing content and any brand or style guides you have, so the writing sounds like them from the first piece.
From there, I research what their audience is searching for and asking AI tools, and where competitors rank or get mentioned and your client doesn't. If you already have a content plan or briefs, I write from those. If you don't, I build the briefs myself and send them to you for approval before I write anything.
Each piece is written to be more useful than what's already ranking, structured so Google can rank it and AI tools can quote it, and linked into your client's existing pages. It all goes out under your agency's name, and I can work in your project management tools and templates so it fits the way you already deliver.

what to expect
I get to know your client's business, audience and voice, review their site and how they show up in search and AI answers, and put together a prioritized list of topics.
Each piece starts with a brief and outline covering the angle, structure, keywords and sources, or I work from your brief. You approve it before I write anything.
First drafts arrive on a date we agree on, usually within two weeks of a brief being approved. You get a round of feedback, and I make the changes before anything goes to your client.
I deliver in your format or upload straight to your client's CMS with internal links in place, and we check in monthly on what's working and what to write next.

is it a fit?
SEO, marketing and web agencies that sell content but don't have the writing capacity to deliver it well, or that need a writer who can handle the research and SEO without a detailed brief. It's a good fit if someone on your team can review briefs and drafts before they go to the client, and your clients' goals go beyond traffic, like leads, bookings or sales.
It's probably not the right fit if you need a high volume of short posts on a tight turnaround, or the lowest cost per word. If your team already has writers and just needs to know what to publish, content strategy is a better place to start.
From $1,920 USD/mo
Writing & editing starts at $1,920 USD a month for 4 pieces, covering the research, briefs, writing, optimization and uploading. You can add pieces or clients as your workload grows, and longer pieces, like ebooks or SME-led guides, are quoted based on scope.
Work is billed monthly in advance, with a 3-month minimum. Canadian agencies can be billed in CAD.
Do you write in our client's brand voice?
Yes. I start with your client's existing content, style guide and any examples they like, and I can put together a short voice guide if they don't have one. The first few briefs and drafts are where we fine-tune it, so later pieces need less editing.
Can you write from briefs our team already has?
Yes. I can write from your briefs, build them myself, or mix the two depending on the topic. If you only need briefs for your own writers, content strategy is the better fit.
Can you work with our clients directly?
Yes, or I can stay completely behind the scenes. Some agencies want me on client calls as part of their team, and others want everything to go out under their name. I'm happy to do either, and we'll agree on how hands-on I am before we start.
Do you sign NDAs and non-solicits?
Yes. I'm happy to sign both before we start, and I won't approach your clients directly, during the work or after it.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, there's a 3-month minimum on all ongoing work, billed monthly in advance. Working on a steady monthly cadence means each month builds on the last, so the work has more impact, and it gives Google and AI crawlers enough time to crawl and index your new content before we judge the results.
Audits and website builds are one-off projects with no ongoing commitment.
